2.      Prominent figure’s Character

a)      Character Clara is  gentle, politely, pious and easily affected by the environment that followed by the flow of the development of the (dating).

b)      Character Jimmy is naughty and less affection parents.

c)      Character Farah is discipline, not too hard in educating her child, loving, and independent because she become sigle parents.

d)     Character Lucia is cheerful, and care about Clara’s life.

e)      Character Merry is firmly and hard.

            Clara, she is young girl, intelligent, brave, politely and also loyal about her religion. In accordance what is taught by her family about religion. Especially her mother who always warn him about the law of religion.

            Once upon a time, Clara should be moved schools and house, because her mother’s work moved. They moved to Surabaya. When Clara entered her new school, she had a close friend named Lucia. Because Lucia is a neighbor Clara.

In the School Canteen.

The male named Jimmy trying to approach Clara because he want to know more than about Clara. Jimmy is a students handsome who very famous at school because his mischief.

Jimmy  : “Hey, pretty.” (sitting beside Clara)

(Ignored by Clara)

Jimmy  : “Ignorant.” (approached Clara)

Lucia   : “Clar… that’s, somebody call you” (nudge Clara’s elbow)

Clara    : “Lazy, I don’t know him. And I think I was disgusted.” (whispering)

Lucia   : “But he is quite handsome. Maybe, he wanted to really know you.” (whispering)

Clara    : “Hmmm… whatever.” (whispering)

Lucia   : “Nice.” (whispering)

Clara    : “What’s good? Nevermind, hurry! Finish your food.” (whispering)

Jimmy  : “Neng, don’t talk too slow. Because here didn’t heard what you’re talking about.”

Clara    : “Duh… really chatty.”

Lucia   : (chuckling)

Clara and Lucia immediately leave the cafetaria’s table after spending food.

After school.

Suddenly Clara meet Jimmy on the road.

Jimmy  : “Hey, Clara.”

Clara    : (silence)

Jimmy  : “Really arrogant.”

Clara    : “So?”

Jimmy  : “Make friends, please!”

Clara    : “What’s important?”

Jimmy  : “Yeah… It is important for me. Because you’re new student here.”

Clara    : “No!” (while leaving Jimmy)

In the Living Room.

Clara    : “Assalamualaikum, Mom.”

Farah   : “Waalaikumsalam, how was your first day at your new school, dear?”

Clara    : “Yes, something like that, Mom.”

Farah   : “So how do you mean?”

Clara    : “That… there was a boy who wants to really know me, but I don’t like the way her

    acquaintance.”

Farah   : “Yes, this is it, dear. You’re the new student. Surely, a lot of those who want to know

    you, dear.”

Clara    : “But I don’t like that, Mom.” (while going towards her bedroom)

Farah   : “Well, you should be able to adapt. Don’t be so arrogant, so you have a lot of friend.”

Night day in The Bedroom’s Clara.

Farah come to Clara who is studying.

Farah   : “Honey, Have you eaten, right?”

Clara    : “Not yet, Mom. I’m serious learning because I have test chemical, tomorrow.”

Farah   : “Well, this! Mom will bring some food for you. Oh yeah, have you been praying

    evening, dear?”

Clara    : “Oh yes, Mom. I forgot. I’m too cool to learn. Sorry, Mam.”

Farah   : “How do you forget, my dear? After this, you must praying, yeah.”

Clara    : “Yes, Mom.”

Farah   : “Don’t sleep until late night and don’t forget to pray tahajud, dear.”

In the morning when go to the School.

Lucia   : “Hey, Clar….” (greets Clara in front of his house)

Clara    : “Hey, let’s go together.”

Lucia   : “Come on! Clar, oh yeah, you know a guy yesterday who asked to know you?” (they

    walk into school)

Clara    : “No, who is he? Confident really.”

Lucia   : “He was Jimmy, he most mischievous student in this school, although he was

    handsome.”

Clara    : “Handsome? What’s in bad what?”

Lucia   : “Do you think he’s not handsome? Yes like that, if you have know him well, you will

    know him well. But, I think, you don’t close with him.”

Clara    : “No, I think, He’s not handsome. Oh yeah, okay. You’r right.”

In School’s Canteen.

Clara sit alone while waiting Lucia who was ordering food. Suddenly, Jimmy come and sit down in front of him.

Jimmy  : “Hey, Clara.” (directly in front of Clara)

Clara    : “How did you know my name?” (confused)

Jimmy  : “Graders already know your name, How about me?”

Clara    : “Then, you don’t have to knows me.”

Jimmy  : “That’s it. PMS Neng.”

Clara    : “Hmmmm….”

Jimmy  : “Just really the answer like that.”

Finally, Lucia came and noticed Jimmy.

Lucia   : “Jimmy?! Here, your food, Clar.” (while giving food to Clara)

Clara    : “Thank you Luc.”

Jimmy  : “Then, where food for me?”

Lucia   : “What the hell? Go out right now! We will eat together.”

Jimmy  : “But if we eat togethet, it’s better for us.”

Lucia   : “But, we don’t want it. Is’t not, Clar?” (glancing Clara)

Clara    : “Yes”

Jimmy  : “Evil is very you.”

            From day to day, friendship between Jimmy and Clara had began to improve. They both have started to know each other. However, Farah don’t know their friendship. Since Clara friends with Jimmy, Clara is no longer open with her mother and her attitude change. At that time, Lucia often tell to Clara that Jimmy is not a good man. But, Clara still friends with Jimmy. Friendship with Lucia began to deteriorate.

Night day at the Family Room.

Farah   : “Honey, lately Mom’ve never seen you play with Lucia again. Do you have a

    problem?”

Clara    : “It’s a gonna be alright, Mom. No matter between us. Maybe, she was busy, so she

   don’t have time for playing in here, Mom.”

Farah   : “Oh, it’s gone. Mom say ‘hi’ creates Lucia, yeah my dear.”

Clara    : “Yes, Mom.”

Farah   : “Well, you’re fast asleep, yeah my dear. Don’t forget the isya prayers.”

Clara    : “Yes, Mom. Sure, Mom.”

However, it was Clara not praying.

In the morning when go to the School.

Clara meet Lucia, after a few weeks no longer they went to the school together.

Clara    : “Hey, Luc.” (waving Lucia)

Lucia   : “Hey.” (not waving)

Clara went straight to Lucia.

Clara    : “You can greetings from my Mom, Luc.”

Lucia   : “Yeah, hello back.”

Clara    : “When we play together again?”

Lucia   : “I don’t have time, Clar.”

Clara    : “Usually you have time for me. Why are you so changed right now?”

Lucia   : “I’ve no time for you if you weren’t with Jimmy again.”

Clara    : “Why, so like that?”

Lucia   : “I’ve said it repeatedly to you. If he was not a good boy. You wrong direction, Clar.”

Clara    : “No, Luc. I’m never wrong direction. You are not able to understand me. And Jimmy I

    know, not like what you’ve told me.”

Lucia   : “I understand you, Clar. I say like this because I care you.”

Clara    : “No! you not care me ! and you not understanding me!” (a rude tone)

Lucia   : “Okey, whatever!”

Clara    : “Is it because Jimmy, you changed like this?”

Lucia   : “I don’t change as you say, Clar.” (directly leave Clara who still stood by in front of the

   door).

In School’s Canteen.

Clara and Jimmy sitting alone.

Jimmy  : “Clar, let’s play tomorrow.”

Clara    : “Where, Jim? Tomorrow, we are still in school.”

Jimmy  : “Everywhere. Do you want or not?”

Clara    : “Sure, I want. But how about our school?.”

Jimmy  : “We don’t have to go back to school.”

Clara    : “What do you mean?” (clara start to think what was discussed Lucia)

Jimmy  : “Don’t school, Clar!”

Clara    : “I’m afraid Jim, certainly we get scolded by my Mom or your Mom.”

Jimmy  : “Come on, the first time we can play together.”

Clara    : “But, I’m afraid Jim.”

Jimmy  : “Don’t be afraid, I’m right there. Your Mom don’t know where we’re going, she just

   know if we go to school.”

Clara    : “But…?”

Jimmy  : “You wants play with me or not?”

Clara    : “Yes, I want, Jim. But …”

Jimmy  : “Come on, Clar!”

The next day, Jimmy and Clara didn’t go to school. Clara didn’t realize that she was not going to school for three days. At school, Merry (Guidance Counseling teacher) call Farah.

(talk on the telephone)

Merry  : “Assalamualaikum, Mrs. I’am guidance counseling teacher’s Clara.”

Farah   : “Waalaikumsalam, yeah. What’s happen, Mrs.?”

Merry  : “I’m sorry to ask about Clara, I want to ask the existence of Clara, Mrs? Because it’s

   been three days she didn’t attend school without information or explanation.”

Farah   : “What? Is it really like that, Mrs.?”

Merry : “Yeah.”

Farah   : “But every day, she went to school, Mrs.?”

Merry  : “So like that, please, ask to Clara, yeah Mrs.”

Farah   : “Yes, sure, Mrs. Thank you for telling me.”

Merry  : “You’re welcome, Mrs. Is tomorrow you have time to come to school?”

Farah   : “Yeah, sure, Mrs.”

Merry  : “Well, tomorrow come to school at 08.00 a.m, yeah?”

Farah   : “Yes. Thank, Mrs.”

Merry  : “Urwell, Mrs. Assalamualaikum.”

Farah   : “Waalaikumsalam.”

            At that time also, Farah trying to contact Clara. But, it is can not be reach. So, Farah contact Lucia. But, Lucia was telling the truth and denied that she really does not know, where is existence of Clara. In the moment Lucia accidentally tels her friendship with Clara that is not good. Farah also feel confused and frightened.

            When Clara had gone home. Farah directly ask him. But, Clara telling lies and Farah was still silent. Because Farah believe that tomorrow she will know the problems experienced by children, Clara. The first time Clara lie to Farah, whereas previously always being honest and open. Farah also suspicious of the change in attitude Clara.

In the Guidence Counseling Room.

Farah   : “Assalamualaikum.”

Merry  : “Waalaikumsalam. Please, come here. With the Mother’s Clara?”

Farah   : “Yes.”

Merry  : “Please, sit down. Just a few minute, I call Clara and Jimmy in they classroom.”

Farah   : “Yeah, Mrs. Jimmy?” (confused)

A few minutes later. Merry has come together Clara, Jimmy and Lucia. Clara was very surprised because she saw her mother in there. Previously Clara don’t know that her parents will be called to school.

Clara    : “Mom? What’s going on here, Mom?”

Farah   : “Mom called Mrs. Merry, dear.”

Merry  : “Yes, Alright, Clar. You’re mother I called here because of you yesterday absent from

   school for three days.”

Farah   : “What’s really, my dear?”

Clara    : “But, Mom?”

Farah   : “Dear, talk honestly, Mom will not be angry. But, if you’re lying, I’m gonna be

   disappointed.”

Clara    : “Yes, Mom. I’m sorry. I played yesterday.”

Farah   : “Why did you lie to Mom?”

Clara    : “I’am afraid, Mom will be angry.”

Farah   : “Astaghfirllah, Clara. Mom will not be angry if you’re honest, but I’m disappointed,

   because you’ve changed now, like this. You lie.”

Clara    : “Yes, I’m sorry, Mom.”

Farah   : “You played with whom? Not with Lucia, right?”

Clara    : “Yes, Mom. You’re right.”

Farah   : “Then, with whom?”

Lucia   : “Jimmy, Aunt. It’s his.”

Farah   : “Jimmy? Is it true Clara?”

Clara    : “Yes, Mom.”

Farah   : “Is he your boyfriend?”

Clara    : “No, Mom.”

Farah   : “You’re lying again, Clara.”

Clara    : “Sorry, Mom.” (bowed head)

Farah   : “Where you take Clara to play?”

Jimmy  : “Not far away.”

Farah   : “You’re forced him to play with you and don’t go to school, like that. Especially,  

   without permission from me, you brave.”

Jimmy  : “I’m sorry.”

Farah   : “Why did Mom just know it now? You have repeatedly lied to Mom, Clara. Lucia, you

   know about all this?”

Lucia   : “Yes, and I have repeatedly Clara if Jimmy is not a good boy.”

Farah   : “And you didn’t say it to me?”

Lucia   : “Yes, Aunt. I was wrong. I’m sorry.”

Merry  : “Never mind, Mom. This was certainly wouldn’t happen again and you’re Jimmy, you

   can be sentenced from school, you get kicked out of this school becaue the point you’ve

   achieved in the standart, or really offensive.”

Farah   : “I’am sorry, Mrs. I don’t educate Clara right.”

Merry  : “It’s okay, Mrs. No problem, maybe it will also be due to environmental factors are not

   good or less supportive, or the school are paying less attention to it. Because Clara

   absent from school for three days, and get points as much as 15, is only subject to a

   reprimand.”

Farah   : “Thank you very much, Mrs. For your attention to Clara..”

Merry  : “Mrs. hope you two won’t repeat the same mistakes. And for you Lucia, you don’t

   cover your friend’s fault just because your friend wanted to protect it. This Mistakes

   you do can be a lesson for your future.”

            Finally, lie’s Clara known by her mother. Her friendship with Jimmy ended. She  apologized to Lucia, and their relationship back as good as usual. When it has made Clara a lot to learn about the true meaning of friendship which in fact, not only that, she also learned what it means genuine honesty.
